How long should I plan on being at the salon?
​
From consultation, cut, and drying time, and styling lesson your Deva Cut be prepare to be at the salon between 50 minutes to 75 minutes, it all depends on the density and length of your hair.

Why, Deva Cut prices are different than a wet cut ?
​
The DevaCut, also known as the Curly Girl Method Cut, is a specialized technique designed specifically for curly and wavy hair. Unlike a traditional wet cut, the DevaCut is performed dry, curl by curl, ensuring each curl is shaped perfectly to its natural pattern.
Because this method is highly detailed and takes longer than a standard haircut, the pricing reflects the time, expertise, and care required to deliver the best results for your curls.

Do I need to do something to my hair to prepare for a Deva Cut?

Yes! If you have an appointment for a Devacut, I need you to come in “Deva ready.” I will need to see you

and falling naturally.
Do not pull your curls up in a ponytail, braid, bun, clips, or wear a hat when you come in for your appointment. Your stylist needs to see your curls detangled, defined, and falling naturally.
Parking/Payment
Is there free parking while at the salon?

Parking is easy and convenient when visiting Blank Canvas Hair Studio. Metered street parking is available on Station Street and Kent Street, and there are two public parking lots located at the top of Kent Street for additional options.
Please allow a few extra minutes to find parking so you can arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy your appointment.
Should I tip my stylist ?

Tips are not expected, but are greatly appreciated, you can include your tip at checkout on your cc or you can also do cash.
How should I pay for my hair reservation?
